Prevention Of Sexual Harassment: RME And CPD Course In Hong Kong On Legal Beagle


Sexual harassment is defined as any unwelcome sexual behavior which is generally regarded as offensive, humiliating or intimidating, typically in exchange for the promise of rewards.  This may include, but is not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, unwelcome requests for sexual favors, to mild transgressions.

Harassment can occur in many places but is most commonly found in the workplace.  Victims of sexual harassment may experience depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.  In addition, those that speak out may then be victims of retaliation from their employer.
