Beagle Online Training would like to introduce you to our upcoming online
training course entitled Mental Health Awareness for Lawyers. This course is
designed to bring more awareness around mental health in the legal profession.
Depression and Anxiety are huge problems in the legal industry, and at Legal Beagle,
we seek to bring awareness to the problem and try to be part of the solution.
This course will help you understand the following:
- What is mental health?
- Why do mental health matter in the Legal profession?
- What poor mental health looks like?
- Understanding what triggers poor mental health.
- How to enhance your wellbeing despite the stress around you?
- How to support others suffering from poor mental health?
We
will look at some legal statistics regarding mental health in lawyers’ day to
day work. We’ll be looking at symptoms of mental health issues and also how you
can recognize those in others so that you are able to support others, team
members, and others that may need that support. We’ll also learn about how you
can enhance your wellbeing and your mental health despite the stresses around
you and pressures you might be feeling.
